A Web Portal is Born
SteuerKarriere, a personnel placement agency from Karlsruhe specializing in recruiting professionals in the tax sector, wanted a custom application portal offering a wide range of tools for collecting, evaluating, and placing candidates. The website maps the entire workflow of connecting candidates and companies, reducing the need for additional software and allowing nearly every step to be handled through this portal.
Based on WordPress, we created an inviting design that guides applicants step by step through registration to a compelling exposé. It was important that the use of WordPress was not obvious, so parts of the backend were rebuilt for use in the frontend. This resulted in a portal-like character for the website, making everything feel seamless.

Matching Candidates and Companies
The exposé generated by applicants can then be reviewed, supplemented, and optimized by a coach to better highlight the applicant's skills. Through personal conversations, the coach and applicant refine the details together until, finally, job postings/vacancies and applicant exposés are linked. Companies searching for talent, who can create these job postings using a detailed search profile, receive candidate suggestions that best match their requirements.
